Lakeside Farm is situated on Arlington Reservoir, The area is a registered Nature Reserve and the reservoir attracts a variety of birds. There are many beautiful walks across the South Downs. A bird hide is open for your use on the perimeter walk and fly fishing for trout can be arranged when in season. Abbotts Wood and Friston Forest are only a short car drive away.

There are local pubs in Berwick Village that serve food which are all within a mile from the cottages.

Ample parking in the immediate area. The accommodation in each cottage comprises of two bedrooms. Once bedroom has a double bed whilst the other bedroom has two single beds. Z beds are also available if needed. The cottages can sleep up to 6 people. 

Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

The heating is night storage heathers and electricity is included.  In cottage One there us a walk in shower with disabled access. In cottage Two there is a bath and an overhead shower. 

Both have a fitted kitchen with a fridge, cooker and microwave.  The sitting rooms are very comfortable with TV, leather suites, dining table and chairs.  There is an outside laundry room.
